This week, I sit down and chat with Online Coach and owner of MCFutureFitness (pronounced "Em-See-Future Fitness, not McFuture Fitness, who knew?!) Matt Cooney. In this episode, we chat all about self-doubt and limiting beliefs and how they may be having a massive effect on the goals you set yourself for all the wrong reasons. Many people have achieved the goals you're trying to achieve right now, so it is possible. Once we recognize it is more often than not our own self-doubt and limiting belief in ourselves that is preventing us from reaching these goals, that journey becomes a lot smoother. In this episode we discuss why that may be the case, and how to overcome these thoughts!
