Talking with clients, one thing I often hear are certain things they've heard about fat loss, be it on TV, the radio or even by a doctor that simply aren't true. We wonder why so many people struggle with fat loss, however, when we take a step back, it's not hard to miss the amount of bullsh*t floating around making it seem so much harder than it is!
