I met Ricky a few years ago on a training course and have since remained good friends and essentially, podcast co-hosts. In this week's episode, Ricky delves into mindset a bit and how he plans and sets goals for a number of fitness goals such as marathons and an upcoming Iron Man and shares his tips and tricks for the listeners to use themselves.
