Jerry Reuss is pitched in MLB for 22 years (1969-1990) & won a total of 220 games during his long career & was fortunate enough to have appeared in two All-Star Games (1975 & 1980) and was able to live every ball player's dream in being able to pitch in Games 1 & 5 of the 1981 World Series (against the Yankees) for the World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers! However on June 27th 1980, Jerry hit his career defining moment from a personal standpoint when he pitched a no-hitter against the San Francisco Giants.
