For our series 1 finale we are joined by Ash who shares her incredible story of journeying through trauma, eating disorder and alcohol dependence, and finding her calling working with vulnerable women in Thailand. Ash is a huge inspiration to both of us and we are so honoured that she shared her story with us, and all of you.
