She is the mom of 2 daughters and Oma to her grandson. She was a teacher of many many boys in the mid-90’s.
For several decades, Janet has been and advocate for parents and teachers helping them understand how boys and men tend to communicate, what realistic expectations are to have at home, and continuing to work within the education system so that it aligns with boy development and boys!
This conversation was a powerful reminder that we all need to be more aware of the way we are showing up for the BOYS and MEN in our lives and communities.
Learning to understand how they view the world and how we can best support them to FEEL confident in all that they wish to accomplish for themselves.
