Kara started her own Not-For-Profit known as Count Her In. An organization focused on helping to create more female leaders by getting and keeping more girls in sports.
Along with a team of women, they want to level the playing field and create GREATER opportunities for young females to pursue their athletics dreams without barriers to access and more options to play with other girls!
Team sports establish a foundation of skills centered around confidence, leadership, collaboration, and self-discipline – all essential skills to succeed in adulthood.
