Whiny American becomes the world's worst superhero when an Aztec man gives him a magic space belt. He becomes The Pumaman with all the powers of a puma, like flying, teleporting, phasing through walls, and stopping his heartbeat for short periods. Just like a puma! Even Donald Pleasence can't muster up enough energy to act in this dog of a movie.
