This week we got the chance to sit down with Heather Christie Morris and Lee'a Thigpen and have an engaging conversation about their business, The Corporate Class.
The Corporate Class is designed to assist women, and particularly women of color, ages 18 and up that are entering or seeking to enhance their opportunities in the work force through a curriculum geared towards consultation, strategic development of professional capabilities, and providing outlets to paid positions, internships and volunteer opportunities.
We had a great time discussing how The Corporate Class was created, the passion for helping women grow to their peak professional potential, and the importance of giving back to the community in a sustained and deliberate way.
