Description

In this episode I talk with Lauren Tabbinor, who graduated from our BA (Hons) Criminology in 2014. Since then she has worked mostly in the education sector, including a role with the Prince’s Trust and as Student Ambassador Co-ordinator at ARU. Among other things, she talks about how studying Criminology enhanced her empathy, allowing her to work with people from many different backgrounds, and how the friendships she made as a student eventually drew her back to live and work in Cambridge.

The ARU Spotlight Podcast is a series of interviews with students, alumni, academics and technical staff from the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at ARU, exploring their personal experiences of education,  career paths, projects and interests, and their advice for anyone hoping to work in the same field.

Hosted by Gareth Long, Faculty Communications Co-ordinator.
