I see so many amazing opportunities we have as a Church to shift policies and practices in terms of representation at least in some domains that can propel the Lord’s work forward. Research continues to tell us that women are amazing leaders, who often lead differently than men in terms of styles, attributes, skills, and characteristics. Having differences is the point. It is powerful!
