Join me in Episode 11 as I focus on how missions prepare sisters to lead. Through the years I’ve had so many sisters in the Church tell me they are not leaders and are not prepared to lead. I wanted to do a study to capture the leadership development that sister missionaries gained so others can understand that they are much more prepared to lead than they may think! I will share some of the interesting findings from research some colleagues and I conducted a few years ago of the leadership development gained by women serving full-time missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint.
