I look amazing in suits, but I don't enjoy wearing them. If you sit down, you get creases in your trousers, which look wrinkled. If you sit down with your jacket, you crease the bunker lid, you know the bit at your bum. If you put it over your chair, you collapse the lapels. Meanwhile, you must wear a shirt and tie. So then, as if it's not uncomfortable enough to wrap the fabric around your Adam's apple, you now have to tie a knot around another piece of cloth. Jesus Christ. The only remarkable thing about wearing a suit is that you get to take it off. It's the same with the work you're doing. If you are in a job you hate or with a team of dickheads the only release in your life will be finishing work, and considering you spend the majority of your day, your week your years on the planet, you need to find something you like more than you hate it. Spending too much of your life on something you hate is dangerous. It will creep into your personality and spoil you, but not in a Marks and Spencer's Toffee Pudding way. It's one of the reasons why people can become so jaded, bitter, angry, and pessimistic. Find something that you love or at the least enjoy. Then, you will be able to invest more of yourself, Your passion, your enthusiasm your intellect. That will have a more significant impact on your financial and emotional health. You might not know what it is, but I implore you. Start thinking about what it is you love. Do you want to reflect on your career and speak about the privilege, creation and impact or tell people it was just a job? Slay That Dragon
