Monday  Is working from home killing you and your career?  

It's no secret that working from home has its perks. No commute, flexible hours, and the ability to work in your PJs are just a few reasons people love working from home.  But there are also some downsides to working from home that can damage your health and career. Here are a few of the dangers of working from home that you should be aware of:  

1. Working from home can be isolating.  Working from home can be quite isolating if you're used to working in an office, surrounded by other people. This isolation can lead to feelings of loneliness and depression. If you work from home, make sure to take breaks throughout the day to interact with other people, even if it's just through social media.  

2. Working from home can make you less productive. It's easy to get distracted when you work from home. With no one around to hold you accountable, it's easy to start slacking off. Make sure you set clear boundaries for yourself and stick to a strict work schedule to avoid letting your productivity suffer.  

3. Working from home can hurt your career progression. Working from home can hurt your career progression if you're not careful. You'll likely fall behind your peers if you're not networking and connecting with people in your industry. Make sure you're still getting out there and networking, even if it's just online.  Overall, working from home has its pros and cons. While it can be significant in some ways, it's essential to be aware of the potential dangers so you can avoid them.   

There are a few ways you can make the most of working from home while avoiding the dangers:
