hat's not helpful, and I'm challenging it.
Let's change it to Adventure syndrome!
Who has heard of Dora The Explorer?
She's brave and confident and will attempt anything and everything. No task is too challenging for her, no forest too dark, no channel too vast and no mountain too high.
I'm sure there were times when she was nervous and apprehensive. But that is part of being adventurous that goes along with the territory of being an explorer.
She probably recognised those feelings and thought this is where I am supposed to be. She wasn't caught up in an imposter syndrome mindset. She knew those feelings were part of the adventure.
I am trying to remember her repeating her adventures, but I can't. They always became bigger. Always progressive and more challenging.
If you want a truly fulfilling life, shrug off your imposter syndrome and embrace adventure syndrome.
