This one is a bit deep but in these challenging and fluctuating times it’s more
important than ever to have a sense of yourself
As a society we focus on wealth, power, materialistic possessions.
Safety needs, personal security, employment, resources, health, and property
But then it’s the car, the watches, four 5-star holidays, the second and third
house
The more, the bigger the better.
Crack on to anyone that is into that. I salute you and your achievements.
Here’s a thought!
What if that’s not the competition?
Maybe it’s all a bit of an advertising and marketing sham
Is mad how that’s the goal we all chase. CONSUME CONSUME CONSUME
What about if the real competition is being a better person?
Doing more things for other people
Seriously
I don’t think we need Ferraris, McLarens, and Lamborghinis
I think we need more kindness and compassion
For ourselves for each other and the planet
Just a thought
