1. Write down something that you want to do but think you can't do or are not worthy to do.
2. Write down 1-2 things blocking you from pursing this.
3. Write 3 positive things that could happen if you do this.
4. Give yourself 20 seconds tell yourself "all things are possible"
5. Throw the paper away, pursue the thing
