Alex Peroni is one of Australia’s emerging GT stars, who has competed against some of the world’s best drivers.
He has won races in the highly regarded Formula Renault Eurocup, finished on the podium in the FIA Formula
3 World Championship, and the American Indy Lights Series, categories where he’d be often racing against and beating drivers who would go on to race in IndyCar and Formula 1.
In 2024, he made the move back to Australia, and now races for Team BRM in the GT World Challenge Australia Championship. Alex Peroni joins us again on The Podium to reflect on his big moves to Europe and America, and shares with us some of the highlights and challenges of working his way up the ranks in the world of motorsport.
