Larry Perkins, is an icon of Australian motorsport, a 6-time Bathurst winner, who in 2021, was recognised with an order of Australia for his services to Australian motorsport. Larry joins us on The Podium to talk about the second round of the Supercars Championship at Albert Park, which saw drivers competing for the Larry Perkins Trophy. Larry also gives us his thoughts on, Shane van Gisbergen, Scottt McLaughlin, Daniel Ricciardo, Jack Doohan, and our latest F1 star, Oscar Piastri. Larry also reveals which iconic Perkins Engineering racecar is currently under restoration, and whether or not he’ll get behind the wheel of it for a few demonstration laps.
