Meet Jaz, our in house nutrition coach here at Starke. 

In this episode we talk about starting from scratch with training and how Jaz first started working out at Starke only ten weeks after giving birth to her little man Eddie. 

We go through how and why Jaz started taking nutrition courses to help her family which snowballed into becoming a nutrition coach here at Starke. We also dive into anxiety in and out of the gym and how it can be paralyzing when it comes to getting out and starting something new along with continued stress over doing something you’ve done a thousand times.
