Hey friends! In this week's episode, I sit down to give a little life update and talk about how I'm trying to navigate all the changes happening in my world and the world in general. It's easy to get stuck in our ways and listen to our "old self" trying to keep us where we're comfortable, even if that means foregoing the opportunity to accept and embrace who we are in the midst of change. Today, I want to be honest about the difficulty of self-acceptance as the world changes and we change with it. I'm struggling with this right now, so don't expect tons of tips in tricks in this episode; instead, expect to hear a real, imperfect perspective of a college student going through a lot of weird changes right now! :)
