Our guest this week, Peter Scanlan, one of the quartet of talent who created Marvel Masterpieces 1995, along with work on Fleer Ultra X-Men and Fleer Ultra Spider-Man. It was a thrill to speak with Peter, from his New Jersey studio, and we talked his love of 70’s marvel comics, how this lead up to his Marvel work, how the paintings were created, and what he’s been up to since.
