Viz Media has launched a new app and subscription service called Viz Manga, which offers over 10,000 manga chapters across various genres for $1.99 a month. The platform features popular titles like Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2, and will release English chapters of ongoing manga on the same day they are released in Japan. Viz Manga's launch puts it in competition with Crunchyroll's manga service. In other entertainment news, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 has exceeded expectations with a weekend total of $38.8m, and Hogwarts Legacy has been ported to last-gen consoles with a solid performance. A new trailer for Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer has been released, showcasing Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer during his work on the Manhattan Project.
