Anne started her life below the lowest end of the weight charts and then battled with overweight and emotional eating as an adult.
In our conversation she explains that she could sometimes lose the weight, only to put it on again.
Or face the frustration of restricting food and the scales not moving at all. It all equated to an overwhelming sense of failure.
The mindful eating approach has allowed Anne to understand the why of eating, cultivate self-compassion and most importantly enjoy food again.
