Description

Today, I will dive into how our perceptions alter the experiences of life that unfold in front of us. The meaning of life is to experience life, but when we are fostering a lot stored trauma, emotions, or thoughts from our past that no longer serve us, it leads us to chase the experiences in life that we think will make us feel good while simultaneously avoiding the experiences in life that we think will make us feel bad. But when we do this, we aren't allowing ourselves to experience life exactly as it is due to projecting our warped perception onto it and we end up trying to manipulate the moments in front of us.
