Your gut makes up 70% of your body's immune system as well as 90% of your body's serotonin, so it's essential to have a healthy gut so that your immune system and your hormones are working properly. I used to struggle with so many symptoms of an imbalanced gut ranging from bloating, fatigue, breakouts, gas, constipation, anxiety, and more, but ever since I started prioritizing my gut health, my symptoms have diminished and my mental health has skyrocketed as a result.
