As the director of athletics at Montana Tech, Matt Stepan will not take the credit for the Orediggers winning the Frontier Conference Bandy Memorial All-Sports Trophy.
But we know better. And we know that right now, the Orediggers are the envy of the toughest sports conference in the NAIA.
Before he was the AD, Stepan was a Maroon and an Oredigger. He is also as invested in his community as any man you will meet.
