To this day, she is simply known by her initials, KJ. Kellie Johnson-Mead was a superstar in basketball, volleyball and softball at Butte Central before taking her hoop game to Illinois State.
Today, KJ works at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico. She is a human performance advisor for special operations.
