Don Peoples Jr. will lead Butte Central's football team for the 35th season this fall. No high school football coach in the Mining City has coached more, and only Butte High legend Swede Dahlberg has more wins than Peoples.
The BC mentor picked up his 200th win during the 2021 season, putting him in some pretty exclusive company.
Football coach though, is only one of many hats that Coach Peoples wears in his efforts to carry on the great tradition of Butte Central schools.
