Today, my guest is the very interesting and entertaining man, Rick Herold. Rick is the retired Director of the Grand Prairie Parks and Recreation Department, and has been instrumental in creating facilities like the Epic, Epic Waters and The Summit, and events like Prairie Lights. He talks with us about graduating for North Texas and his career in parks and recreation, and also gives us some very inspirational lessons he's learned in Act 1 of his life that he's taking with him into Act 2.
