And this episode of lost for life, we discussed the intellectual dimension of wellness. We defined this dimension as income, passing our mental and cognitive abilities, and discussed the importance of lifelong learning and intellectual stimulation for personal growth and development. We also explored how this dimension relates to women’s health in the impact of gender inequality, and how generational Trauma is involved. Additionally, we provided practical tips and strategies for incorporating this dimension of wellness into our daily life, including in stimulating activities, learning new skills or languages and challenging oneself with new experiences by prioritizing this intellectual dimension of wellness we can improve our cognitive function, booster creativity, and enhance our overall quality of life.
