Description

In this episode Sydney & Melissa talk about how we often try to save other people to the detriment of our own safety and how we can save ourselves while holding space for others. Being able to say no to the things you really don't want to do without needing a reason. Being authentic with how you really feel and learning how to nourish and nurture yourself in a big way.

Is it possible to take care of yourself first without caring how others feel? Is being selfish a bad thing?  They go deep into these questions and talk about where they are at in this process and how they got there. How to be selfish in a good way. Selfish in your well-being.

They talk about how taking care of you first can create better relationships with others as well as with yourself and how to cultivate that peaceful state. Realizing that it is OK to be Ok when others are not OK. It's OK to feel peace and joy when others are in pain. It's OK to live as others die. And it's OK to speak your truth and stand firm as others fall around you.
