Today’s Topic: I’m gonna let you in my ultimate not-so-secret secret, I am a nutrition and fitness nerd! And, I’m very excited to geek out today and layout every spat for the Whole30 vs Keto debacle. The Whole30 diet is a kind of elimination diet where you can’t eat inflammatory foods for 30 days while the Keto diet is a low-carb and high-fat diet. Both promises weight loss! But, there is more than that you should consider when choosing your diet. I’ll present the pros and cons, strategies to stay on track with the diet, and the effects (short-term and long-term.)

This will be a concise discussion of Whole30 and Keto diet. Information will be backed by easy-to-understand science and first-hand experiences. And, plan to stay until the end of the episode if you want to know what I chose between the two!

Adventure of the Week: For this week’s adventure, I’m gonna take you grocery shopping with me. I know this sounds kinda lame for an adventure but this might give you insights into your habits. You could learn so much about how to buy for your family healthily and practically. And, you could also get a look at what and how my family eats!

Crowns and Flops: I am right here waiting for you to share your flops and crowning moment but, for now, let me share you mine!

My flop of the week is forgetting to buy a lamp for my office and letting myself suffer from working in a dark room. The worst part is – I’ve been forgetting it for months since I love working with the daylight most of the time.

The crowning moment of this week is getting back to the gym! I stopped ever since I hurt my foot before Thanksgiving. And, doing yoga has been making me feel good lately.
