Over the last 7 years, Lance Woods had a meteoric rise from a School Guidance Counselor to Vice President of Operations with one of the America’s most prominent behavioral health and addiction treatment service providers.
During that time, he became consumed by achievement, defining his value through what he accomplished at work, each day moving farther and farther away from his authentic self.
Today we talk about his life after hitting “rock bottom” in his work/home life balance, dealing with workaholism and how he walked away from his career, seeking purpose and meaning.
