 Unfortunately, cross-cultural management is often overlooked, resulting in misunderstandings, conflicts, and missed business opportunities. It is essential to acknowledge the importance of cross-cultural management and to develop strategies to ensure that cultural diversity is not only recognized but celebrated and embraced in the workplace.
