In today's episode, I will discuss how imposter Syndrome shows up in our life and how to release it and begin to focus on understanding who we are at the core of our being, and how to connect to our inner wisdom by reframing our thoughts and becoming attuned to our feelings.

Today's Show Notes:

Positive Me journal exercise. I invite you to get a special notebook, that is going to be called your "positive me journal". In your positive me journal you are going to start keeping a record of all the amazing things you have done and explore it. Lean into how you feel physically and emotionally.

1. What do I like about who I am? 

2. What characteristics do I have that are positive? 

3. What are some of my achievements? 

4. What are some challenges I have overcome? 

5. What are some skills or talents that I have? 

Reframe Your Thoughts & Emotions~Creating affirmations:

  1. Start with the words “I am.” Two Powerful Words
  2. Use Present Tense
  3. Affirm what you want, not what you don’t want.
  4. Keep it brief. 
  5. Make it specific. 
  6. Include an action word ending with –ing. 
  7. Include at least one emotion or feeling word. 
  8. Make affirmations for yourself, not for others.

You will know that you have a powerful affirmation when you feel a surge of emotional energy and you engage in creating a plan that you can visually see you living in your affirmation.

Some Examples: 

I love myself. I am beautiful. My spirit is unique. I am uniquely made.
