I often get asked the question about where to start ancestral healing.
Here are some reflection questions to help you get started:
1. The first step is to look at your family line on both sides of your mother and father. What themes have you observed that have been repeating in multiple generations?
2. What limited beliefs or fears are cycling through your family line? Go back to at least 4 generations starting with you.
3. Do you see self-sabotage behaviors being repeated across generations?
4. Are you aware of family behavior patterns, belief systems, and emotional responses that you repeat in your life?
Focus on one area to begin your journey and the rest will begin to reveal itself along your healing journey.

This is a great book to guide an understanding and gain insight into how generational trauma may have begun at the cellular level and passed down through multiple generations. What I love about this book is the reflection questions in each chapter to help guide you on a deeper healing journey.
