Last time these two teams met Montréal was able to get even with Minnesota after Minnesota became the first team in PWHL history to win their Home Opener when they shut out Montréal on Saturday, January, 6th, 2024 by a final score of (MIN 3-0 MON) and last time they met back on Wednesday, January, 24th, 2024 it was Montréal who got the win when they played again at the Excel Energy Centre in St. Paul Minneapolis Minnesota by defeating Minnesota by a final score of (MON 2-1 MIN)

Now here they are again going head-to-head after Montreal lost to Toronto in their historic game inside of Scotia Bank Arena in Toronto they call (Battle on Bay Street) where they lost to Toronto (TOR 3-0 MON) on Friday night.

Minnesota meanwhile is on the backend of a back-to-back following a game against Ottawa on Saturday afternoon in Ottawa and in the nation’s capital of Canada.

What was the final score in that game?

No one knows but what we do know is that whatever the outcome of that game was Minnesota has got to be ready for Montréal. It’s the 3rd head-to-head meeting between Minnesota and Montréal and it’s coming up next on PWHL Recap.
