A DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT: Tomorrow our Lutheran Church remembers Johann von Staupitz, Luther's father confessor. Staupitz encouraged Luther by directing him to look at the cross of Christ and know that he was indeed loved by God and forgiven of all his sins.
