A Devotional Thought on Maundy Thursday: On this date, June 6, our church recalls the two Reformation artists, Lucas Cranach and Albrecht Durer. Both of them depicted many scenes from Christ's life, but most importantly His crucifixion. Cranach's Weimar Altarpiece especially reminds us that Christ shed His blood for us and for our salvation.
