Today, May 1, our Lutheran Church remembers the disciples, Philip and James the Less. Both these men followed Jesus and were instrumental in proclaiming the good news of Christ's resurrection. Philip, more than James, is mentioned in the Gospel of John as one who brought others to know Jesus (John 1:45, 12:21). May you use the opportunities available to you to share the good news during these Great Fifty Days of Easter.
