Description

Today I just wanted to have a candid conversation about the term "something is better than nothing" when it comes to training in the gym.

As a Personal Trainer and Online Coach of over 7 years now, I've worked with people at all stages of their fitness journey and I think this sentence is more nuanced than it's made out to be.
