3 CEO Mindset Shifts that helped me grow and scale my Coaching business beyond 6-figures:
1. 𝗕𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳: own your gifts and share them in the most aligned, authentic and self-expressed way. Give zero f*cks about other people's opinions about you. Be totally unapologetic and accept every inch of your weirdness without guilt or shame.
2. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀: Partners, clients, and mentors are all stakeholders in your Vision. Invest in those relationships. African proverb: “𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆, 𝗴𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿, 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.”
3. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Detach yourself from the outcome. You have the innate power and a big responsibility to change someone's life. Focus on serving and bringing value, and money will follow.
