Ya'll I am a big fan of Mel Robbins and The 5 Second Rule. And the 5 Second rule is gonna change and transform your life. No doubt. But there are few habits of us procrastinators that just don't get change by counting down. In addition of 5 Second Rule, you might try this 3 step process to GET SHIT DONE. I am dead serious about this even if I don't sound so because my ADHD brain just went bananas on this show. And I intentionally left it raw and un-edited so you can see what it takes to get shit done.
