- Ask for a FULL hormone panel from your doctor
- IF methods involve daily 16 hour fasts (the 16:8 method) or 24 hour fasts twice per week except for one 500 - 600 calorie meal during that 24 hours (the OMAD method). Other methods restrict daily eating to a single six hour period each day.
