Dr. Lustig is a neuroendocrinologist with expertise in metabolism, obesity, and nutrition.  He’s the Emeritus Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology at UCSF. His latest book is Metabolical: The Lure and the Lies of Processed Food, Nutrition, and Modern Medicine.
