Description

The founder and CEO of purpose-driven Myrtos Consultancy, Esther Champion, believes that everyone should be given a fair chance to work, grow, and thrive, regardless of their past.

So many individuals in the UK leave prison feel ashamed and without a sense of purpose. Prison, or a life of crime, can often feel like the only place where they are understood. Through her work, and by tapping into her Criminal Justice experience, Esther Champion is commitment to change perceptions around former prisoners' value to the workplace - and is looking to create inclusive and positive change for those who are often misunderstood and not given opportunities to rebuild their lives.

Esther Champion joins Ben Veal on 'Good Journeys' for this purposeful conversation.
