Today's episode I talk with you about unfollowing the pressures we put on ourselves. Whether it is from social media, from our own thoughts, from people, from places, and so forth-it is time to unfollow all that does not fit our lives.
Unfollow any areas that make you feel less than or bring you down. And start FOLLOWING the areas that make you feel good, loved, encouraged, motivated, your best, and lift you up!
This is a good reminder episode of putting in the extra time to unfollow those areas that need to not be in your life anymore.
