We need the Holy Spirit to help us embrace the reality that Jesus is Lord.

In a biblical terms, Charis means Gift, Charismatic clarity means clarity of the manifestation of the HolySpirit among men.
Charismatic gift is given by the Holy Spirit.
Charismatic gift can also be given from a believer to another believer e.g prophecy, healing (Acts 3:6, 1 Corinthians 12:30-31).
CONTROVERSIES ABOUT CHARISMATIC ACTIVITIES
✓ Should every Christian speak in tongues? The answer is YES according to {Mark 16: 15-16)
Every believer should speak in tongues for personal edification.
✓ Should speaking in tongues be done publicly? According to (1 Corinthians 14:11-19), and (1 Coriny 14:4) if you are teaching publicly, it should be done in clear words unless you can translate the tongues to clear words
But if you are praying, you can speak in tongues for personal edification.
✔The Anointing refers to the active potent ministry of the Holy Spirit.
The Anointing can be felt tangibly (Mark 5:29- 30) Mechanics of the Anointing includes laying of hands (James 5:14)
✓The manifestation of the Spirit can be mild, intense or prolonged some times. (John 18:6, 1 Kings 8:11)
✔Why do women respond more to the manifestation of the spirit than men? Women are well trained in matters of submission. They submit easily to the move of the spirit.
✓Why do prophecies fail? Sometimes prophecies are conditional and if the necessary conditions are not met, the prophecy might not come to pass.
