Matthew. 5:13-16

Your perception will determine whether you’ll impact the present world or the other way round, and so, you need to see the world the way God sees the world (Genesis 6:3; Isaiah 60:1-3).

The mixture ideology is a concept that is fast selling in this modern age. This concept depicts loving the world and God at the same pace, and this is strongly addressed in the Scriptures (Romans .12:2; 1 John.2:15-17; 1 John.5:19; Ephesians 2:2).

The ideologies that make the world the way it is, are:

(1). Philosophy of selfishness (Genesis3:5) - this is a thriving concept in the current age. However, God is selfless while man is selfish (Philippians 2:3-9). Jesus embodies selflessness, that is why He could die for the sins of the world, and if you as a believer is selfish, that is a trace of carnality. Impact cannot be made without selflessness.

(2). The mammon ideology (Matt.6:24-26) - mammon makes life about self-satisfaction. It offers convenience, luxury, and obsession with material things as far as it’s serving as a distraction about one's commitment towards God. Anything that steals your commitment towards God is mammon.

(3). Spirit of Anti-christ - when you hear ungodliness, it depicts rejecting the only representative of God, which is Christ. The spirit of ungodliness is the same as spirit of anti-christ. Satan is not afraid of worship; he is afraid of worshipping the true God.

Christ also has representative, anybody that acknowledges Christ but despise or reject the church has also submitted to the spirit of anti-christ. Rejecting God, Christ, and the church is the same as ungodliness.

(4). Philosophy of lawlessness - this is about liberality. People wants to be free and if freedom is not guided well, there will be chaos.

(5). Carnality - is making the flesh the God of your life. Don't do what you feel like doing, do what the Spirit approves to do.
